Natalie Portman is pregnant!
The actress confirmed in a new interview published Friday that she is expecting her first child with partner Tanguy d’Estable.
“Tanguy and I are both very excited,” the 44-year-old gushed to Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m just so grateful. I know it’s such an honor and a miracle.”
“I grew up hearing about how difficult it was to get pregnant,” the “Black Swan” star said, noting that her father is a fertility doctor. “I have a lot of loved ones who have had a hard time getting pregnant, so I want to honor that as well. It’s very beautiful and fun, but it’s not easy.”
“So I know how lucky that is,” she continued. “I am very aware of this. I am filled with gratitude and gratitude.”
Portman said she has “more energy” than she expected during her pregnancy, but is “making every moment count,” knowing that “this is probably the last time.”
“(This time) I was calmer and I was able to get to know myself. I was able to know who I wanted to spend time with and what kind of energy I wanted around me,” she added. “That makes the everyday experience so much better.”
Portman debuted her bump while out in Paris on Friday, covering her bulging belly with an oversized coat.
Portman, in particular, is already the mother of two children with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.
The former couple married in 2012, a year after welcoming son Aleph, now 14 years old.
Their daughter Amalia, now 9 years old, was born in February 2017.
Portman filed for divorce from Millepied, 48, in the summer of 2023 over his alleged affair with environmental activist Camille Etienne.
The former couple finalized their divorce in February of the following year.
Portman was first linked to D’Estable, 45, in March 2025, when she was seen out for a walk with the French musician.
The Oscar winner has kept her romance with Destable, who goes by the stage name Tepple, out of the spotlight in recent months.
Destable has two children with ex Louise Bourgoin. Sons Etienne and Vadim were born in 2016 and 2020, respectively.
