Megan Thee Stallion was overcome with emotion and cried as she revealed that she and Klay Thompson broke up over allegations of infidelity.
The “Savage” rapper wiped away tears Saturday night as fans gave him a standing ovation as he wrapped up his performance as Ziddler in “Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” according to a video shared online.
Fans shouted, “We love you!” The Grammy winner, whose real name is Megan Peet, turned away from the audience as she tried to hold back tears.
The video sparked an outpouring of support for Megan.
“Even when you have so much on your plate, that’s how you show up. That’s what makes you that girl. You have a little sister who always gives you a ride at dawn. I love you, little sister,” WNBA star Angel Reese wrote.
“Just a girl carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders. Even on my darkest days I love you Meg, never forget that!” Rapper Mona Leo added.
Megan’s Broadway performance came just hours after she publicly accused Thompson of cheating on her.
“He cheated on me and made me play house with the whole family…’chilled,'” she wrote on her Instagram Story on Saturday.
“I’ve kept you down during basketball season with your horrible mood swings and the way you treated me. Now you don’t even know if you can be ‘monogamous’?” Megan, 31, added.
“Bitch, I need a real break after this. Bye.”
“I have made the decision to end my relationship with Clay,” the “Hot Girl Summer” host said in a statement to Page Six.
She added, “For me, trust, loyalty, and respect are non-negotiables in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there is no way forward. I am taking this time to prioritize myself and move forward with peace and clarity.”
Thompson, 36, has not publicly responded to the allegations.
Last July, TMZ reported that Megan and Thompson were dating after some eagle-eyed fans spotted a Dallas Mavericks player behind one of Megan’s photos.
That same month, the couple made their red carpet debut at Megan’s inaugural Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York.
In an exclusive interview with Page Six, the “WAP” host gushed about her new boyfriend, saying, “I’ve never been with someone so sweet.”
“This is the first time I’ve dated someone really nice and he made me really happy,” she said.
“I’ve never been with someone like him before, but I’m just grateful that he’s by my side and feels the same way about me.”
In October 2025, the four-time NBA champion and Megan made a big change in their relationship by purchasing a home together.
