The season finale of “Dutton Ranch” premieres on July 3, and there’s plenty of action, including a big beatdown that you can premiere on Variety.
In the footage, Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) forces her way into the 10 Petal Ranch slaughterhouse facility owned by Beulah Jackson (Annette Bening) and has choice words for office manager Dennis (Maritza Guerrero) as she tries to do her job. That’s classic Beth!
Once inside, she is confronted by Tommy (James Eddy), who foolishly grabs her and takes her outside. Luckily, Rip (Cole Hauser) is there to kick his butt. It’s a classic lip!
“Dutton Ranch” was recently renewed for a second season, and a new showrunner was also announced. This season focuses on Beth, Rip, and their adopted son Carter (Finn Little), who have moved to Texas and become involved in the 10 Petal Ranch business.
Earlier this season, Reilly spoke to Variety about maintaining the on-screen chemistry with Hauser that he built over five seasons of “Yellowstone” before spinning off their romance into this new series.
“I don’t think chemistry is something you create. You either have it or you don’t,” she said. “When we were first cast in Yellowstone, Taylor Sheridan saw something in us individually and that we could work well together. But their relationship and the vibe they have together is one of my favorite things about playing Beth. I don’t know how they keep that going, but it’s just on screen. We’re great friends in real life and we care about each other.”
