LeAnn Rimes is feeling depressed after celebrating her anniversary in Mexico.
The singer shared Wednesday that he is canceling performances in Spokane, Washington, and Seattle, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, respectively, due to health concerns.
“Due to a serious illness, I will not be able to travel or perform this week,” she wrote.
She apologized for canceling the two shows, but said they had been rescheduled a month later.
“I am truly heartbroken to have to change my plans. I am so grateful for everyone’s kindness and continued support as I recover,” she wrote.
Rhimes, 43, concluded: “I look forward to seeing you back on stage soon.”
Last week, Rhimes and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary in Cabo. The couple married on April 22, 2011.
The “How Do I Live” singer posted photos and videos from her romantic getaway on Instagram, while also cryptically sharing that she was dealing with serious issues at home, without elaborating on what she was referring to.
“We had to go to work and be away from home for three days during a very stressful and heart-breaking event with our families at home,” she said. “It was a different anniversary, filled with tears and worry, but in between were moments of laughter and deep gratitude for this love we have.”
“Every day we walk hand in hand through the roller coaster of life…and God, I’m so thankful we did it with each other,” she continued. “We’ve been through a lot in our 15 years as a couple. We know how to ride the waves 🌊, support each other when we need it, and how to repair what needs to be repaired.”
She also posted an anniversary message to her husband on Instagram, also hinting at him dealing with health issues.
“15 years of loving you. 15 years of making memories. Your love is such a gift. And in light of everything that’s happened this year, I’m making a new vow…menopausal or healthy, with or without teeth…😂,” she joked.
Last month, self-care provider Human Garage went viral after sharing a video of Rhimes sobbing uncontrollably while undergoing “deep jaw release therapy.”
Cibrian’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, later threw shade at Rhimes about the emotional video, saying, “I don’t know why he would share it.”
