‘King of the Hill’ Season 15 takes Bobby and Connie’s relationship to the next level.
In the trailer, released as part of the show’s panel at the Annecy Animation Festival, the pair explore romance as adults, much to the chagrin of their parents. The trailer also shows Hank and Peggy trying to make the most of their retirement and learning about modern-day scammers.

Series creator and lead voice actor Mike Judge was awarded the Honorary Crystal Award for his contributions to animation at Annecy. In his speech, the judge said: “Animators are a unique breed. It takes some kind of weirdo to make a movie, one frame at a time, and I realized that they’re my people. So thank you to all the weirdos like me.”
All 10 episodes of the new season will be released on July 20th. Hulu originally released 20 episodes of the revival. After a successful rerun in 2025, Hulu renewed the show for two more seasons, making it Season 17.
According to the official logline, “Hank and Peggy settle into a retired life on Rainey Street while trying to keep their neighbors from going off the rails. Bobby overcomes an old friendship while dealing with the stress of being an entrepreneur.”
Original series cast members Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Stephen Root, Lauren Thom, and Toby Huss will all return as original characters. After the death of Johnny Hardwick, who voiced Dale Gribble, Hass took over the role. In addition, Ronnie Cheng took over the role of Hank and Peggy’s Laotian neighbor, Khan Soupphanu Xinphon.
“King of the Hill” is from co-creators Judge Daniels and Greg Daniels. Both will serve as executive producers, with Judge serving as executive producer through Bandera Entertainment. Saradian Patterson will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Additional executive producers include Michael Rotenberg and Howard Klein of 3 Arts Entertainment, Dustin Davis and Norm Hiscock of Bandera Entertainment. TV number 20 is the studio.
Season 14 debuted to great acclaim from fans and critics. The latest season of the series received a 98% critic approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and also debuted at No. 2 on the Nielsen Top 10 Streaming Chart. Disney said the new episode reached 4.4 million views worldwide after seven days of streaming.
