BLACKPINK’s Larissa Manobal (known simply as “Lisa” to her fans) has sparked rumors of a breakup with billionaire Frédéric Arnault after she said in a new interview that she was “heartbroken.”
When asked in an interview with Vanity Fair on Tuesday if she had ever had a “heartbreak,” the 29-year-old “White Lotus” star answered, “No.”
“I’m the one who’s been through a lot,” she said. “I feel like I’ve had a lot of heartache.”
The newspaper reported that she was too emotional to think clearly and moved on to other questions.
In the cover story, the two, who officially started dating in 2023, said, “It seems like they have now broken up” and revealed that they were prohibited from asking questions about their relationship or her personal life.
Rumors of the pair’s breakup first surfaced in March, when Arnault, 31, skipped the global superstar’s birthday party.
A representative for the singer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Wednesday, and a representative for Arnault was also unavailable for comment from Page Six.
The former couple kept their relationship under the radar, but it surfaced publicly for the TAG Heuer and F1 event in Miami in 2024.
Arnault is the son of billionaire Bernard Arnault and previously served as CEO of LVMH Watches, which owns TAG Heuer.
While dodging questions about her personal life, Manoban provided some insight into the importance of privacy in her cover story.
“Ever since I came out and said I don’t have privacy, I feel like[fans]respect that more,” she told the magazine.
The K-pop icon said her fans “know it’s not easy to be in this position.”
“Sometimes I go a little too far and sometimes I just want to be normal,” she confessed.
Regarding her burgeoning acting career following her role in HBO Max’s The White Lotus, the musician said she was thrilled to “find inspiration” in something new.
“When you’re doing something you’ve been doing for over 10 years, sometimes you feel like you have to find new things to get inspired by,” she told the magazine, noting that her mother sent her to acting school when she was a child.
