“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak has accused her estranged husband Kroy Biermann of withholding food from their children and abusing one of their sons in a shocking new filing.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the TV personality claimed that she and the retired NFL star’s children were in “constant” contact with the latter when they visited, requesting food when she was hungry and medication when she was sick.
Additionally, she claimed that Mr. Biermann threw her unnamed son onto the couch during a heated argument at their home.
Zolciak, 48, said a court-appointed guardian dismissed the abuse allegations because the child was large for his age. However, she insisted that her son’s size was irrelevant.
Zolciak also claimed that the former athlete, 40, had slept with multiple women over the past few months, saying one of them had been around his children and even vacationed with them.
According to the reality star, their children “had not seen Biermann for hours on end, but reported hearing him engaging in sexual acts with his current girlfriend.”
Zolikak claimed that she and two of Biermann’s children have expressed their wishes regarding their living conditions, but they have been ignored.
Parents were also said to have been informed about the mental and physical abuse of their children, but the TV personality claimed that “no experts raised the alarm because the abuse left no ‘trace’.”
Mr. Zolciak insisted that the guardian angels were on Mr. Biermann’s side.
She also referenced a text message that Biermann’s friend allegedly sent to her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, saying, “I believe Kim. He is abusive. And his abuse is unlike any abuse I’ve ever witnessed.”
Representatives for the former couple did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
Zolciak and Biermann are parents to 14-year-old Kroy Jr., 13-year-old Kash, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. The former Atlanta Falcons linebacker is also stepfather to Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, from his previous marriage.
Meanwhile, the “Late to the Party” songstress’ charges come after she temporarily lost custody of her and Bierman’s four minor children last month after Bierman accused her of child neglect.
Biermann claimed that his estranged wife was “performing acts that are harmful to the children and contrary to the best interests of the children.”
According to TMZ, Zolciak was given limited time to spend with the children every other weekend, and Biermann was declared the decision-maker for non-emergency medical, educational and religious matters.
A lawyer for the Bravo alumnus called the allegations “unjustified” and told the outlet, “We intend to address these allegations in the appropriate legal forum and vigorously defend the truth in court, not in public debate.”
However, Zolciak had previously been removed from custody in April and ordered to complete medical treatment after accusing Biermann of “neglecting basic parenting responsibilities.”
The former couple has been in the midst of a controversial divorce battle since 2023.
