According to a police report obtained by Page Six, Milania Giudice was acting erratically before her May 14 arrest on domestic violence charges.
The daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice “threw food (and) candles” during a “domestic violence dispute” at Teresa Ruelas and Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home, according to the Montville Police Department.
According to police, Teresa’s other daughter, Gabriela Giudice, identified as the “caller,” called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. to report that her sister was acting strange.
The report, first obtained by The Sun, said no weapons were used and no injuries were reported.
Milania, 20, was arrested in “double lock” handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.
According to Montville Municipal Court records, no plea was entered during her first court appearance on May 19, but she later pleaded not guilty, according to the Montville Daily Voice.
She is scheduled to return to court for a July 14 hearing.
Milania has been posting on social media since her arrest, but on Monday she broke her silence about the incident via TikTok.
“That’s the way it is. Things don’t happen in life. That’s the way it is. You have to learn from it and become a better person and talk about it,” the University of Tampa student said in a late-night selfie-style video.
Milania explained that at the time of the incident, she was “not in a good place in (her) life.”
“That’s how it is. I’ve been through a lot in my life and other things have happened to me,” she told her followers. “You guys think you know everything that’s going to happen in my life, but you actually don’t know anything.”
Milania also criticized fake photos of herself circulating online, claiming they were “AI”.
“I ate a mug shot. I looked like I was on fire. I mean, nothing to brag about, but I checked it out,” he boasted, adding, “I can’t believe you guys even believe it’s real.”
In New Jersey, many aspects of domestic violence cases are not made public.
Teresa, 54, has four daughters, Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia Giudice, 25, and Audriana Giudice, 16, with her first husband Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020 and divorced after each was jailed on federal fraud charges.
Teresa married Ruelas, who has two sons with his first wife, in August 2022.
