After attending the Euphoria Season 3 premiere together on April 7, Sweeney yesterday posted a photo of the couple cuddling at the event to his Instagram Story, marking the first time he’s featured Brown on his account. Brown reposted the image and cheekily wrote of himself: “Lucky bastard.”
The couple has been dating since last summer. On September 2nd, a source told People magazine that the 28-year-old actress and the 44-year-old music executive are dating. “Everything is casual,” the source said. “She lives her life and works hard.”
Later that month, a source detailed to the outlet how the two tied the knot at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez-Bezos’ wedding in June of the same year.
“The real highlight for Sydney was Jeff Bezos’ wedding,” the source began. “Everyone else was trying to woo her, but Scooter wasn’t. He wasn’t chasing her like everyone else, and that got her attention and made her feel like his intentions were genuine. Three months later, in early December, things took a turn. A source told People that Sweeney and Brown are “in a committed relationship and things are serious.”
In a January 2026 Cosmopolitan cover story, Sweeney did not mention Brown, but revealed that she was still thinking about what parts of her love life she wanted to share publicly.
“I dated[my ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino]for seven and a half years, and we never talked about it,” she recalled. “I was very private. No one could see us. I think it’s important to have some things for ourselves. I understand that I’m a public person, but I’m still in my 20s.
