“She’s really a neighborly sweetheart,” the 74-year-old told FOX 29 in Philadelphia on Wednesday.
The Grammy winner, 36, also said he looks “just like” Kylie Kelsey, his eldest son Jason Kelsey’s wife of eight years.
Jason, 38, and Kylie, 34, tied the knot in April 2018 in Philadelphia.
Swift and Travis are planning to wed in New York City on the weekend of July 3rd after nearly three years of dating.
