Dorit Kemsley accused her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley of trying to force their children into homelessness by refusing to pay their mortgage.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star claimed that her ex-girlfriend privately agreed to pay the mortgage and other expenses on the couple’s Los Angeles home when they moved out in May 2024.
Dorit and PK have reached a financial agreement, with the latter temporarily not having to pay child support or spousal support, according to the documents.
However, the Bravo star, 50, claimed in the document that PK, 58, allegedly was not living up to the end of his contract at the time he received the foreclosure notice.
Dorit estimates that PK earns $2 million a year, in addition to other sources of income and about $435,000 in the bank.
“Just as Mr. PK refuses to pay child support and spousal support, he also refuses to pay his mortgage,” the filing says, claiming he has “abundant” cash flow. “Instead, he wants to divert the cash on hand to his own personal use.”
According to the documents, Dorit also accused PK of “using a weapon to make my wife and children homeless” and demanded that he deny her request to sell her home.
In her filing, Dorit also denied allegations from PK that she spent $1 million on designer items instead of paying her mortgage.
The TV personality claimed she spent $713,000 on costumes for filming “RHOBH” over 26 months.
Instead, in her documents, Dorit labeled PK a big spender, claiming he has spent $756,000 in recent months, including $360,000 on travel, $55,500 on designer clothing, $75,000 on meals, $160,000 on Zelle payments and $103,000 on cash withdrawals.
“PK’s motive is clear: he seeks to fund exorbitant personal expenditures,” the filing states.
In addition to requiring PK to repay her mortgage payments, Dorit is also asking her to pay $21,086 a month in child support, $22,330 a month in spousal support, and $347,328 in retroactive child support and spousal support.
In his filing, PK claimed that he had been paying the mortgage and living expenses for a period of time, and that he wanted his estranged wife to assist him. He also claimed that the deadline for his family’s home to be sold at foreclosure auction was approaching.
A representative for PK did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Dorit and PK announced in May 2024 that they would be separating after 10 years of marriage. The Bravolebrities officially filed for divorce in April of the following year.
At the time, the exes said their priority was their children, Jagger, 12, and Phoenix, 10.
Since their breakup, PK has been dating his new girlfriend, Tatyana Kharchilava, and they have been dating since April.
