Bob’s Burgers season is here, with an all-new Christmas-themed short set to premiere on Hulu (and internationally for most Disney+ subscribers) later this year.
The description of the short story titled “On the Day of the Christmas Fort” is as follows: “A record-breaking Christmas snowstorm means one thing for the Belcher kids: a record-breaking Christmas snow fort.”
At the “Bob’s Burgers” panel at San Diego Comic-Con held today, July 25th, at Ballroom 20.
“Bob’s Burgers” creator and executive producer Lauren Bouchard announced “Christmas at Fort Day” during a panel discussion at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday. Also on the panel were H. John Benjamin (Bob Belcher), John Roberts (Linda Belcher), Kristen Schaal (Louise Belcher), Eugene Mirman (Gene Belcher), Dan Mintz (Tina Belcher), and director Bernard Deliman.
“Christmas Day at the Fort” recreates the first exclusive “Bob’s Burgers” short produced for Hulu. The series previously released the show “My Butt Has a Fever,” which was released in theaters in 2022 and then premiered on FXX. Other expansions for the hit series include “The Bob’s Burgers Movie,” also released in 2022.
“Bob’s Burgers” will be re-aired as Season 17 on FOX in mid-season (early 2027) and streamed the next day on Hulu and Disney+ on Hulu (for U.S. bundle subscribers).
The 20th animated television series of “Bob’s Burgers” produced and executive produced by Lauren Bouchard. Nora Smith, Dan Fiebel, Rich Rinaldi, John Schroeder, Steven Davis, Scott Jacobson, Holly Schlesinger, Wendy Molyneux, Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin and Janelle Momary-Neely also serve as executive producers. This series was co-developed by Jim Dauterive.
