A death certificate reveals new details about the death of Ben Affleck and Casey Affleck’s mother, Chris Ann Affleck.
The Oscar winner’s mother died of cardiopulmonary arrest at her home in Los Angeles, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday.
Contributing conditions include pancreatic adenocarcinoma, which she had been battling for several months, the outlet said.
The document states that Chris Ann was “visiting her son’s residence” at the time of her death, and reportedly gave the time of death as 10:52 a.m. on June 2.
According to Us Weekly, records showed her death address was related to the “Good Will Hunting” actor.
The report said an autopsy was not performed and her body was “in transit to Earth Funeral in Las Vegas” at the time the certificate was filed.
A representative for the “Armageddon” star, 53, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment Tuesday.

The Hollywood Reporter first reported on Friday that Ben and Casey’s mother “passed away peacefully in her sleep” at the age of 83 early last month.
According to his obituary, the former teacher was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in December and was given six months to live.
Born in December 1942 in New York City, Chris graduated from Harvard University and taught public school children for 35 years until retiring in 2008.
The proud mother of two, who welcomed sons Ben and Casey, now 50, during her marriage to then-husband Timothy Affleck, counted the actor’s sons among her “favorite young people,” according to her obituary.
Timothy and Chris broke up when Ben was a preteen.
Chris had five grandchildren. The Argo star has Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Sam, 14, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, while Casey has grown children Indiana, 22, and Atticus, 18, with ex Summer Phoenix.
According to his obituary, Chris’ final wish was to see his grandson Atticus graduate from high school, which he did with his family on May 31, just days before his death.
