Armie Hammer boasts a markedly different look.
On Wednesday, during a rare public outing, the 39-year-old actor was photographed walking in West Hollywood, California, wearing a black T-shirt, camo shorts, and black sneakers.
Hammer was wearing a baseball cap, a watch on his left wrist, and AirPods on his casual walk.
He has a distinctive mustache and stubble on his chin, giving him a more rugged look as opposed to the usual clean-shaven face that fans are accustomed to.
Mr. Hammer has largely retreated from the spotlight in the five years since his career was derailed when multiple women accused him of sexual abuse and cannibalism.
Hammer has repeatedly denied the viral accusations against him since they surfaced in 2021, telling Airmail in 2023 that the alleged rape of his ex Effie Angelova was a “consensual scene.”
Regarding the cannibalism allegation, Hammer called it “bizarre” during an appearance on the podcast “Painful Lessons” in June 2024. In 2021, ex-girlfriend Courtney Vucekovich told Page Six that Hammer told her he wanted to “break his ribs and eat them at the barbecue.”
“People called me a cannibal, and everyone believed it,” Hammer said on the podcast. “They’re like, ‘Yeah, that guy ate people.’ What? What? What are you talking about? You know what you have to do to be a cannibal? You have to eat people! How do you become a cannibal? That was weird.”
“No matter what people say, it’s contradictory,” the “Social Network” star said, adding, “I’m at a place right now where I’m grateful for every part of my life.”
The “Call Me By Your Name” star appeared on the “Club Random” podcast a month later and said that despite being “canceled” and “bankrupt” over the accusations, “I’ve never been happier.”
“Someone might look at me and say, ‘Yeah, but financially I’m in a completely different position than I’ve ever been in my life,'” he said.
“And I look at it and I think, ‘Yeah, and what that taught me is that I don’t need that because I’ve never been happier in my life.'”
Hammer finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers in June 2023. The couple were married for more than 10 years, divorced and had daughter Harper, 11, and son Ford, 9.
In a July 2023 ruling obtained by Page Six, the actor was ordered to pay just $1,500 a month in child support for his two children. At the time, he agreed to pay a small amount but said he “didn’t have the income” to pay more.
