Jenna Ortega was presenter for Tonight’s Emmys, wearing a top decorated with Sarah Burton’s Givenchy gemstones and a sleek skirt. The Wednesday actress has been promoting the second season of the show over the past few weeks.
Jenna Ortega announced at the Emmys tonight, with the actress on Wednesday taking a break from the character’s signature gothic style in the red carpet ensemble. Ortega literally dripped gems in the appearance of the current season from the fall/winter runway from Sarah Burton’s Givenchy.
The Star is on a press tour for the second season of the series. This is divided into two parts. The second part was announced on September 3rd.
Ortega spoke to Elle UK earlier this week about how she is spending her downtime. Her booming acting career is still a big part of it.
“I have one of the jobs that overlap with all the other jobs, so I often meet with producers and directors or focus on a variety of projects,” she said. “But when I really rest, I wake up, take my dog for a really long walk and play in the park for a few hours. Then I come back and listen to music and make new playlists while she takes a nap.
“It’s important to education and I try to watch as many movies as possible because it’s fun. I love being able to say I have to watch this movie for work. That’s my ideal day. And then sit in the grass or the fields later and watch at least a little sun.”
The 22-year-old also shared the best advice she was given: “I still struggle with this, but sometimes I don’t have to fill in the space. I grew up being told that if you don’t need to say, you have to be really extroverted, but you do what is kind, against your energy.
