In one of their first official outings as a couple, they participated in the second annual Norma Jangala in Beverly Hills, California. Ryan wore a V-neck dress with a refined white texture, while Dan opted for a sleek black suit and a gray button-up.

In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, Ryan was opened up about his relationship with Dan. “I’m in love and I’m very happy,” she said. “We’ve evolved and grown so much in our careers, relationships and relationships since we first met. Having that support system is cool and special, and we’re one of our biggest fans of each other.”

During a trip to New Zealand, Dan and Ryan got engaged while hiding in a wooden house surrounded by nature. “I found a tree house in the forests of New Zealand and proposed it to my girl,” Dan captioned a gallery of photos of the proposal. He called her “the man for life” before declaring her “I love you Debbie.”
Ryan also posted a tribute to Dan about Happy News. “He is my mind outside my body,” she wrote. “He’s awakening of cold water and a warm bed. He’s a place where I can rest. A man forever.”

The couple went to several fashionable events, including the Swarovski Holiday Celebration and the GQ Men of the Year awards ceremony.
At the end of December, the couple secretly tied the Texas knot. “We started cheating on the idea of celebrating a new decade at our destination party, decided to get married (in Austin) in December on a great vee day and continued dancing until the ball fell,” Ryan told the outlet. At the ceremony, Ryan wore an elegant shoulder-shouldered Ellie Saab gown, while Dan supplemented her with an emerald green Paul Smith suit.

Ryan and Dan marked a milestone on Instagram to commemorate their first Christmas as a married couple. “My lover @joshuadun and I would encourage you to assemble this photo into your home (or our holiday card, see his page),” Ryan wrote under the duo’s portrait. “In earnest, we want you to not feel alone today. We want you to feel joy, peace, purpose. You have hunted us in many ways, demanding that we feel the broadest, most cruelest conflict of experiences.

Dan wrote a tribute to Ryan’s 28th birthday, calling her the “love of my life.” He added: He went on to say, “Press me to become a better person.”
The following week, Ryan celebrated the Twenty One Pilots’ scaled, icy album release, saying the project “so good I can’t stop listening.” They then concluded the month with the first red carpet appearance as a married couple when they took part in the Iheartradio Music Awards. Ryan posted several photos from the event on Instagram and said, “I think one of the things I’m most proud of is making the best people who know my husband.” She also said, “The internet has let me know this is my first time on the red carpet.

Dun and Ryan celebrated their second anniversary with a Heartfelt message on Instagram. The Jesse star shared a snapshot of them in what looks like an Isaa undersea restaurant in the Maldives. “Two years ago, we threw a big year day party and got married and went on our honeymoon. It’s all about us and that’s a good thing.”
Dan also shared photos from the wedding and close-ups of her wedding rings to commemorate the occasion. He called Ryan “Dopest Girl” and added that he’s been “amazing” and “going better” as he has been learning more about “teamwork and communication, having fun and doing whatever we want” over the past two years.
He concluded that he told his wife he loved her “more than anything” and was grateful for her, saying that he was “improving my life infinitely.”

Ryan supported Dan, who performed at the Bottle Rock Napa Valley Music Festival in Napa, California. “From an incredibly chic start to festival SZN,” she said in a post showing photos of the event. “What if it’s my life to see 21 pilots play the coolest and biggest stages in Europe, or at least there’s the best way to spend the summer?”

Ryan and Dan gave Architectural Digest a tour of a gorgeous treehouse-themed house in Columbus, Ohio. The space that helped interior designer Fawn Galli bear fruit was characterized by artwork inspired by greenery and colorful nature.
“The theme of this treehouse has informed much of the design sensibility,” Ryan told the publication. “We wanted to soften the lines of our homes with organic shapes, textures and materials. We were drawn to a lot of greenery, and that’s how a wooden house became a wooden house.”
Dan added that it was a deeply personal project. “Not only was this the first home we designed together, it was the first time we both felt the freedom to put our mark there,” he said.

Ryan and Dan attended the second Cameron Voice Foundation Gala at the Hollywood Citizen News venue in Los Angeles. The event honored the late Jesse Starr’s Cameron Voice and raised funds for the study and recognition of epilepsy.

The couple took them to Instagram to celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary. Ryan shared a snap of him taking photos in matching outfits that include a denim-on-denim look, but Dan rounded up a photo of him spending time together.
“4 Years Wed – Thank you for the running line and all the amazing meals we’ve had with me, troubleshooting my technology and bringing me to bed for my sleepy, almost your perspective and your character,” Ryan wrote in her post. “I fell in love more this year. In honor of Twenty One Pilots’ new album Breach, Ryan shared behind-the-scenes moments from the band’s music video shoot and touring. “A year and a half ago they were recording some drums in our home. It was around town (and temporarily LA) for my free time and 14 music videos that actually made pickup trucks more useful,” she said.
