Kelly Wolf left rehab just two days after checking in. I am currently staying at the hotel.
Scott Wolf’s estranged wife confirmed the news on a long phone call on Page 6 on Tuesday.
This update comes after people first reported that they had been treated over the weekend as a result of domestic violence arrests.
Kelly, 48, was arrested on August 26th and charged with harassment through electronic communications and digital disclosure of personal identification information.
She spent two days at the Summit County Jail in Park City, Utah, and was released under the condition that she would “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatment.”
Scott, 57, filed for a second restraining order against Kelly after allegedly receiving “multiple text messages” from her amid their controversial divorce proceedings.
According to the documentation, the “Party of Five” star claimed that Kelly received an influx of text messages from strangers after being told he shared his phone number with his Instagram followers.
Kelly was banned from contacting the actor and his three children (Jackson, ages 16, 12, 12 and 11).
Documents obtained by the outlet read that Kelly was also prohibited from committing or “committing” “all forms of violence” against her estranged husband and children, and that she had to be 300 feet away from them.
Conditions included “producing stalking, harassment, threatening, physically hurting, or other forms of abuse that could cause physical damage.”
Kelly later appeared before a Utah judge on September 2nd, dressed in rehabilitation and pledged to be “there is there for a month.”
“I’m looking forward to it,” she said. “My brother is taking me with me. It’s a great place. It’s a great place. I’ve always recommended myself as a mental health expert.”
Life coaches were also ordered not to consume “alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner” or to not reach out to witnesses involved in the case.
Scott and Kelly got married in 2004, and Scott filed for divorce in June.
The “Everwood” star and Kelly were caught up in a troublesome separation battle with Scott, initially filing a restraining order against the latter in July before denying the request.
However, Kelly is said to have been exposed to several behavioral health unwilling holds and not visited with her three children for several months.
