Justin Bardoni faces new allegations of harassment in his legal battle with Blake Lively.
According to court documents obtained on page 6, the person whose name was edited filed legal documents on Monday.
The accuser claimed that 41-year-old Bardoni was “not allowed on set for most of the production as a result of these experiences,” and demanded that the director be “not involved in marketing or public relations activities.”
Sources told TMZ that, first reporting the news, the accuser is likely to testify against Lively’s sexual harassment trial against Baldoni, scheduled to begin in New York in March 2026.
Page 6 contacted the rep for both lively and Bardoni for comments, but did not respond immediately.
Last December, the 38-year-old “Gossip Girl” alumni filed a lawsuit against Bardoni, accusing her of sexually harassing her on the set “End With Us.” The two fathers denied the claim.
In January, Bardoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and her spokesperson, alleging honor, terror and more.
In the document, the Jane the Virgin alumni shared a lively text, presenting a discussion about her then-friend, Taylor Swift.
“I happen to have some dragons, for better or worse, usually for better,” read a text suspected of a “simple favor” actress.
“My dragons protect the people I fight, so we all benefit from my gorgeous monsters (smiley face emoji) you can promise too.”
In May, the “Bad Blood” singer was issued a subpoena to appear in court as a witness to the actor’s ongoing legal feud.
As Swift was dragged into the drama, a source close to the pop star told people that her live friendship with her “stops” and that “Taylor won’t be in this drama.”
In May, Bardoni dropped a summon for the “Cruel Summer” singer.
The following month, the judge dismissed Bardoni’s $400 million delinquent loss lawsuit, and a $400 million delinquent loss lawsuit against the “Deadpool” star and its publicist.
Bardoni was also faced with allegations of harassment from actress Isabela Feller, “it’ll end with us.” Isabela Feller, author of “Man: Defining My Manhood” was “harassing” her after she was summoned in a vibrant battle.
The “Cloud” director’s legal team fought back at Feller’s claims and communicated the 24-year-old actress’s lawyer about a “two” and “two” subpoena, but it was allegedly “ignored.”
Court documents filed Monday asked Bardoni to cover her attorney’s fees and punitive damages in his “unfounded” honour-related damages lawsuit.
