Christine Cavalari is not a fan whose three children have cell phones.
The Laguna Beach alum, 38, tackled a controversial topic in a recent episode of her podcast.
“To be honest, I don’t agree that I got the phones for two young people,” Kavalari said on the podcast. “I really wanted it until my kids were 12 and they called, and that’s what I did in Camden.”

Kavalari shares his sons Camden, 13, and 11-year-old Jackson, and his daughter, Saylor, 9, with former Jay Cutler.
She kept saying she was a parent and “can take my phone away,” but Cavallari said, “I didn’t buy Jaxon or Saylor phones, so it’s a little more complicated than that situation.”
Despite not giving her a direct name, Kavalari said, “I can control what I can control,” and “it’s great to have parental control on my phone.”
Earlier this summer, Kavalari shared that the custody arrangement with Cutler had changed. On a June episode of her podcast, the three moms revealed that she never took any money from her ex, and admitted that she was working hard to support her three children. She also gave more insight into her custody agreement.
“I gave birth to kids full time for a while, and now I have them except for every weekend,” Kavalari said. “I’m not going to go into the reasoning or legality of that.”
Previously, on an October episode of the podcast, Cavallari made unusual comments about her custody agreement with her ex-husband when she tackled a split from her ex-boyfriend, Mark Estes.
“I’m not interested in going back to the dating world right now. I don’t know how much time I have for a date,” Kavalari said. “When I was dating last fall, I was still in divided custody with the former, and I took a week off from my kids, and that changed.”
“So I’m really happy and I’m really pleased that my life is about my kids and my work,” Kavalari continued. “Happiness for me is peace, and peace for me makes this house exactly what I want.”
“I’m a homebody. I’m really, I’m at home, I’m cooking, I have friends, they make me happy.
