Lisa Rinna shared a “warning story” about the life-threatening health horror of her daughter Amelia Hamlin.
The “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills” alumni shared on the “Not Talk About Husband” podcast with her spouse Harry Hamlin that their youngest daughter’s nipples were once infected.
Rinna said the health issues began when Amelia was 19 years old and was partying at Coachella.
“She was like a balcony. Someone pushed her, kind of pushing her forward – and her boobs went in like bushes and stuffed her nipples into her boobs,” the 62-year-old patriarch explained.
“She came home that night and suddenly she had a very high fever and her boobs were big.”
Rinna said she had to rush Amelia (now 24) to the hospital around 2am to get her x-rays.
“We thought something was wrong with her ribs,” the former “housewife.”
Rinna said each Mayo Clinic would call her an “infectious disease doctor” who diagnosed sepsis and Amelia if the body was inadequately responding and could close organs.
“From the nipple ring?” Harry, 73, asked Rinna, replied, “Whatever it was, no matter what. She put something into the hole when she entered the bushes.”
By details, the “Mad Men” alum twitched and said, “I don’t want to hear it anymore.”
Rinna continued her treatment Amelia had to endure, saying, “She had to take IV antibiotics for a week. It was actually very dangerous, it was dangerous.”
The former soap star said the Amelia incident prompted her sister Delilah Hamlin to remove her nipple piercings.
She said, “No one died because they had a funny nipple ring.”
