Christine Cavalari still sleeps with her children.
The “Very Cavalliari” alumni explained on Tuesday’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. Why did 11-year-old son Jackson and daughter Saylor (9) spend “one night a week” in her room.
In the past, little kids were in real-life stars beds, but “for a while,” she “can’t” now that the school year has begun.
Despite “enjoying” their presence, Kavalari celebrated “eventually (ing) time” for herself.
“Yes, I do it every weekend, but I also need a minute!” pointed out the “Laguna Beach” alumni who shares her child with her ex-husband Jay Cutler.
However, Kavalari has a “problem” in the morning. Because she is awake in front of Jackson and Saylor.
“I have to be very quiet in the bathroom, brush my teeth, wash my face and get dressed,” she told listeners. “I want to have the freedom to move around my room and be able to dress in the morning without worrying about waking someone.”
Many Reddit users praised Cavallari for “normalizing” her sleeping with her confession.
“This isn’t strange,” one fan wrote. “Let them stay a little. Children pass by so quickly, adults will smoke.”
Cavallari pointed out that Jaxon has been consistently in bed since he realized he could “get out of bed” and join her at 1am.
The unusual James creator “did it all” and “did it all” but Jackson slept with his mother “every night for four years” and eventually moved into the room with his sibling Camden, now 13 years old.
“There was always FOMO at The Pre-Teen,” Cavallari said.
She breaks down the “brutal” birth and postnatal experience with all three other children in the episode, from feeling like she’s “ripped in half” to hiring a nurse for the night.
Cavallari and Cutler, 42, have co-parented Camden, Jackson and Saylor since their split in 2020.
The “Hills” alumni recently provided an update on the former couple’s current custody agreement.
“I gave birth to kids full time for a while, and now I have them except for every weekend,” she said in June.
Kavalari had suggested a “change” in their arrangement last October, the same month that Cutler was arrested for DUI and possession of a gun.
Page 6 confirmed Tuesday that a retired NFL player engaged to Samantha Robertson has launched a plea deal.
The former athlete was sentenced to four days in prison, sentenced to weapons confiscation, a revoked license, a $350 fine, one year of supervised probation and regular random drug tests.
