Boutique Creator Management Company Project15 has been acquired by Indie Agency Undercurrent Talent.
Founded in 2019 by CEO Eric Bogard and partners Adam Bogard and Aaron Hoffman, Undercurrent represents more than 250 popular digital creators, including JoJo Siwa and Kira Kosarin, for services ranging from brand partnerships and content strategies to product development and long-term career growth.
Gorin began his entertainment career as a photographer, videographer and digital strategist, working closely with music artists such as Jonas Brothers, Alicia Keys, Demi Lovato and Beberexa before launching Project15 in 2020.
As part of the merger, Project15 owner Jack Golin will deliver an existing client roster, including Miranda Ray, Kirby Johnson and Angelina Jacob.
UnderCurrent highlights the “entrepreneurial model,” emphasizing that “it allows managers to discover infrastructure, resources and support in large companies and operate like owners.”
“Through a generous fee split track, managers retain most of their advantages and build their own client books within high-performance systems and collaborative team environments. This model attracts the highest tier managers who want both independence and scale and become key drivers for the company’s rapid growth.”
“I’m excited to welcome Jack into the Undercurrent,” Bogard said. “Jack is one of the most keenest minds of digital talent. He is perfect for our entrepreneurial system and we couldn’t be more excited to have him on board.”
“What drew me to the undercurrent was their strong culture, an incredible roster of diverse talent and the entrepreneurial system that allowed us to form a real partnership,” added Gorin.
