Kardashian Matriarch began his journey with plastic surgery when he obtained breast implants in the 1980s after giving birth to his first four children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian. Additionally, Jenner also shared that she got her first renovation in 2011 from the same doctor who worked on breast augmentation for her daughter Kylie Jenner. In 2025, she received aesthetic enhancements from a plastic surgeon in New York City.
“First, you have to do something that makes you feel good,” she said in a 2015 episode of GoodWork. “You can’t do anything because someone else wants to do it to you, and you have to do some great research into the doctors you’ve chosen.”
From strengthening her breasts to catching up with cosmetic injections, here is everything Kris Jenner said over the years about her plastic surgery.

Jenner revealed that she received breast implants in the 1980s after giving birth to her first four children.
“I did the boob job in the ’80s after four kids because gravity took over,” she said in 2015 with a good job.
The Kardashians star described her breast implants as “great” for about 30 years, but after she welcomed young girls Kendall and Kylie Jenner, she corrected them by saying, “It felt like they were too big.”
“A few years ago I felt they were too big, and I was no longer fitted with matronly anything anymore, and all of a sudden it got them!” she added. “So the same doctor who put them in, he had to take them out and then do a little lift and then put in the little ones.”

In 2011, Jenner went under the knife and received his first facelift while recording the surgery to catch up with the Kardashian.
Jenner chased her with the camera in the procedure room, Dr. Garth Fisher outlined her neck and part of her face, and Kim stood with her.
“To be honest, I’ve never had a stressful morning like this in my life,” Jenner said in the episode, getting emotional before the steps. Kim comforted her and said after the surgery, “Mom, you look fab! You look gorgeous.”
She looked back on the surgery four years later and praised her for working with Dr. Fisher. “When I did my head on camera to catch up, Garth Fisher did that,” she said with a good job. “Garth is a great surgeon, so Garth is someone I trust in my children, friends and everyone else.”
A few years after she received her first renovation from Dr. Fisher, her youngest daughter, Kylie, revealed that Dr. Fisher is at age 19, responsible for her own breast enhancement. After Kylie shared the news on social media in June 2025, Dr. Fisher wrote on Instagram that she was “honored” and that she was “approved by Killie.” Chris commented under the post on how Dr. Fisher is a “superstar-class act.”
“You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!!” she writes.

As she did in 2011, Jenner had a Kuwtk camera with her when she surgically reduced her earlobe in 2018. Before the surgery, Jenner admitted that it was her great anxiety and that she felt she had “the biggest earlobe in the universe.”
“All I want is cute ears. I’ve always wondered ever since Kim commented on my ears. “She was wondering on an episode of Kuwtk. “I’ve learned that your nose and ears continue to grow your life. I think the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is a sudden priority.”
Jenner obtained the procedure carried out by Dr. Jason B. Diamond, a plastic surgeon at Beverly Hills, explaining that he hopes “everything goes to the right place.”
“So what we do is cut out the wedges of tissue that look like this,” Dr. Diamond said, drawing a picture into Jenner’s ear. “So it’s all gone and it causes it.”
She brought Kim with her for the surgery, which took about 30 minutes, but Kim refused to give graphic comments throughout the process. “Oh, what a god, can you believe you’re cutting your f————————————————————————————————————–
After the procedure, Kim praised her mother and told her, “Your ears look like normal ears now!”

In addition to undergoing more important surgery, Jenner also shares that she will remain in various injections.
“(I get it) Botox and filler and lasers and that kind of thing,” she said with a good job.
In 2019, Jenner partnered with Botox Cosmetic to give her Botox gift cards on the holiday for her friends and family.
“It’s a one-stop shop for me,” Jenner told people at the time. “And who doesn’t love Botox? It was really great for me. If you take responsibility and you talk to your doctor, I think it will work. That’s something I’ve been using for a long time.”
Meanwhile, she said the rest of her beauty routine was “very simple.” “Massage, great facials, manicure, a little botox. I’m fine with go. I’m pretty traditional,” she said. “As long as I’m clean and scrubed, I’m a happy camper.”

Jenner had to face “very scary” steps when he swapped his hips in 2022. The business mogul visited an orthopedic surgeon after experiencing pain in his right lower back and feeling “literally unable to walk” without a cane.
After the doctor informed her that she needed to change her hips, Jenner became emotional, admitting it was “very scary” to her.
“It reminds me of someone older than I feel inside and someone who takes on the challenge for the rest of her life. This is serious,” Jenner said in an October 2022 episode of Kardashian.
Jenner informs her kids, “It’s just a mind. You realize you don’t have much time. Suddenly, I’m like I can’t do everything… my hips are torn apart. I have an eye infection.
After undergoing surgery, she felt like a “bionic woman” but said she was recovering properly.
“I walked twice. It was the first time I was walking on the little pedestrian over there. It was painful, but I’ll keep doing this,” Jenner said.
She continued, “I am determined to live again without this pain. I and my family have done so many exciting things that I don’t want to miss out on things.”

In May 2025, Jenner surprised fans when she posted a photo from a single party studded with Lauren Sanchez star. Fans quickly took to social media to take note of how similar she looks to her younger girls, speculating about her youthful look.
People later confirmed that Jenner had received aesthetic enhancements from Dr. Stephen Levine, a plastic surgeon in New York City. However, what Jenner did is not revealed exactly.
Dr. Levine is a board-certified “aesthetic and reconstructive” surgeon who “specializes” in strengthening the natural appearance of the face, chest and body, according to his practice website. His practice involves procedures such as breast augmentation, tummy tucking, and various types of facelifting.
Jenner hasn’t spoken about her latest procedures, but Kim has given her a nod of approval earlier.

In addition to talking about the plastic surgery Jenner had, she also stops rumors about things she hasn’t done.
“I told a lot of people, ‘Look at her nose! (I) she said in 2015 at a good job'” (I have the same nose as I was born.
However, four years after Jenner made the comment, Chloe had rhinoplasty and later confirmed the procedure in 2022.
“What I say is my life – I’ve always wanted my nose forever,” Chloe told host Robin Roberts during the 2022 Family ABC special. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about.
She decided to “refresh” her facelift so she could become the “best version” of herself
While talking to Vogue Arabia in August 2025, Jenner said, “It was time for a refresh,” 15 years after his facelift. On her surgery day, Kylie joined her, and Kim was offering her support on FaceTime.
“I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and it makes me happy,” she said. “You shouldn’t give up on yourself just because you’re older. If you want to feel comfortable on your skin and age gracefully – it means you don’t want to do anything.
Jenner said, “I feel I can be very inspirational to people who don’t feel that good about myself, so I decided to reveal some details. I took a picture of it even if there was a hip replacement. I’m sure it would be helpful to share these things.”
