Carmen Electra is dusting off her fishnets for her Playboy encore.
The 54-year-old model and media personality first appeared in the magazine in May 1996. And 30 years later, she returned to those infamous pages.
In the Summer 2026 issue, on sale July 28, Electra steps in as a Playboy advisor to answer readers’ questions about love, confidence, and reinvention.
Photographed by Max Montgomery, she poses on all fours on a plastic-covered green sofa, wearing a fishnet catsuit, stiletto heels, and a corset belt as she crawls across a matching furry carpet.
In other shots, she layers a studded leather bra over a black net dress and accessorizes with a leather fisherman’s cap and a glittering Playboy bunny necklace.
She was the first lesbian to come out on the cover of Playboy magazine, appearing in the issue alongside cover star Cara Delevingne, who modeled exclusively in a latex corset.
When it comes to advice, Electra doesn’t hold back. When asked whether a recently divorced reader should pursue the reckless spirit of their early 20s, she writes:
Her view on what men should stop doing after 40 is even simpler: “Nothing. Nothing. Stay young, stay fun, stay hot, right?”
She credits Prince for discovering her and giving her the stage name “Carmen Electra” for having the courage to reinvent herself. “He gave me a lot of confidence,” she said, noting that she recently made that nickname legal.
The longtime Playboy staple has graced more than 150 covers around the world, and last year she rekindled her relationship with the brand through the Von Dutch x Playboy campaign.
Aside from her career on OnlyFans, Electra also starred in Scary Movie 6, which is currently in theaters, and reunited with ’90s icon Jenny McCarthy for a Skims swim campaign in 2023.
