Peta Murgatroyd and Max Chmerkovskiy’s Los Angeles rental home was listed for $18,000 a month after moving to Florida.
The 4,300-square-foot home, which has been rented by the “Dancing with the Stars” alums for the past two years, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to Apartments.com.
This “Napa-inspired” home was designed by an award-winning architect and designer and features stunning herringbone oak floors, solid alder doors, oak ceilings and entryways, unfinished hand-forged bronze and brass fixtures, and natural grass.
The downstairs portion of the home features 10-foot ceilings in the living room, dining room, family room, private bathroom, and powder room.
The luxurious kitchen features unstained cherry wood cabinets, a marble island, and a “secret pantry” with a second refrigerator and plenty of storage space.
The second floor of the residence features three bedrooms with walk-in closets, a second laundry room, and a master bedroom with large closet, fireplace, balcony, and spacious bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity, steam shower, and TOTO toilet.
Three French doors open to the expansive backyard, which includes a rectangular pool, lawn garden, and covered patio with built-in barbecue grill and speaker system for entertainment.
The listing comes after Chmerkovskiy, 46, and Murgatroyd, 39, revealed they had made the heartbreaking decision to move to Florida with their children Shai, 9, Rio, 3, and Milan, 1.
On Monday, the couple shared excerpts from a video blog on Instagram that showed them crying in a car with moving boxes in the back seat.
“There are unexpected tears, breakups that are more shocking than you could have imagined, and moments where you wonder if you made the right decision,” the post captioned.
“But sometimes you have to leave what’s comfortable to find what’s meaningful to you.”
The professional dancers said they made the “best decision” for their families.
“Our boys are so happy, our hearts are full, and so grateful for this new chapter,” they wrote. “Goodbye LA. Hello Florida. 🌴❤️”
Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd married in 2017.
Their first child, son Shai, was born in January 2017, second son Rio in June 2023, and third son Milan in July 2024.
