Two is better than one.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding at Madison Square Garden will be a multi-day event with two gatherings, according to the New York Times.
The couple plans to hold an intimate celebration at the arena on July 2, an entertainment industry executive and another person familiar with the matter told the outlet on Wednesday.
An estimated 100 loved ones are expected to attend.
The next day, the pop star and Kansas City Chiefs player are said to be hosting a huge party for about 1,000 people.
The paper claimed the “flashy” festivities could include performances on stage.
Representatives for Kelsey and Swift have not yet responded to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Page Six exclusively revealed in April that the pair would be walking down the aisle over the weekend of July 3rd.
Earlier this month, we confirmed that the wedding will take place at the Big Apple’s iconic venue, where Swift has performed many sold-out shows over the years.
“Privacy was of paramount importance to both of them,” a source told Us of the unconventional choice.
Another source said, “Everyone has been sworn to secrecy.”
Notably, the pair had invited guests to their big day over the phone to avoid any potential leaks.
Page Six reported Wednesday that some of Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammates have booked reservations at the Marriott Marquis in Midtown around the wedding date.
The groom’s fellow NFL tight end and Tight End University co-founder George Kittle said on “Entertainment Tonight” Wednesday that he had “no expectations” about the wedding location.
“I actually asked Travis last night (if it was MSG) and he laughed at me,” Kittle, 32, said. “So I was half expecting to be put on a plane somewhere just because there was a jumbo jet on the runway.”
Swift and Kelsea reportedly took extreme measures in preparation for the ceremony, with the Post confirming that a permit application filed by Winnick Productions called for road closures around MSG.
The filing also called for public tents to be set up outside the venue.
The “Love Story” singer and Kelce have been dating since the summer of 2023 and got engaged in August of last year.
