Kathy Ventura has left the United States and has no plans to return, according to new court documents.
The “Long Way 2 Go” hitmaker filed a public statement dated May 1 as part of her ongoing lawsuit against male sex worker Clayton Howard, saying, “I live outside of the United States. I have no intention of returning to the United States,” TMZ reported.
A representative for the singer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
It’s unclear where Ventura settled or when he moved, but the timing comes nearly a year after Ventura testified in the extortion and sex trafficking case of ex Sean “Diddy” Combs.
As part of her federal criminal trial in New York, she also submitted a statement saying she is a “citizen of the United States” and “not a resident of California.”
During her testimony against Combs, Ventura told jurors about years of abuse she allegedly suffered during her relationship with Combs, which lasted from 2007 to 2018.
She also revealed that she filed a bombshell lawsuit against Sean in 2023, accusing him of rape, physical abuse, and forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes, and that she received a $20 million settlement from “Sean and company.”
Combs was ultimately convicted of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution and acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
After the verdict was announced, Ventura’s attorney Doug Weider issued a statement on Ventura’s behalf, praising his client’s “courage.”
“This entire criminal process began when our client, Kathy Ventura, had the courage to file a civil complaint in November 2023,” Weider said in his remarks.
“Although the jury did not find Mr. Combs guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of sex trafficking of Cathy, it did pave the way for the jury to find him guilty of transporting to engage in prostitution,” he continued.
As Page Six previously reported, Howard, one of the male bodyguards that prosecutors say Combs hired, filed suit against the rapper and Ventura on July 3, 2025.
He claims in the lawsuit that Ventura gave her sexually transmitted diseases and that Ventura impregnated her and then had an abortion without telling her.
He also accused Ventura of inducing ecstasy and manipulating him into having unprotected sex. He also claims that she forced him to masturbate for long periods of time, often leading to injury.
Howard claimed that the alleged trauma caused him to suffer physical and psychological injuries, including loss of wages, benefits, medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress and emotional distress, and loss of enjoyment of life.
