Jennifer Lopez woke up in the morning and dressed head to toe in red leather, ready to take on the day.
The “Office Romance” actress, 56, appeared on NBC’s “Today” show early Tuesday morning dressed in reptilian-style skins worth about $60,000.
She paired a shiny $17,980 Tom Ford snake-embossed leather coat and a relatively affordable $5,190 leather midi skirt with a burgundy Hermès Crocodile Polosus Birkin 35 handbag. It will be resold for approximately $36,000 with accessories only.
According to experts interviewed by the Post in 2024, the bag is just part of the superstar’s Birkin collection, estimated to be worth “multi-millions of dollars.”
Patent burgundy stiletto boots and matching sunglasses completed the color story, while a pale pink silk blouse and silver jewelry were the only thing to break up the monochrome moment.
Both my boots and Birkin have been putting a lot of mileage on them lately. The Bronx native wore the same accessory to a teenage school play in April.
Lopez is in the middle of a press session for the Netflix romantic comedy “Office Romance” with Brett Goldstein, which premieres Friday. She traded business for fun, rocking a corseted Jean Paul Gaultier suit for last month’s Netflix Upfront, and wearing a glittering vintage Atelier Versace dress for the Los Angeles premiere.
Last week on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” the conversation turned to one of her other famous red carpet looks: the green Versace “jungle dress” that inspired the creation of Google Images when she wore it to the 2000 Grammy Awards.
“I’ll still be wearing it 20 years from now,” she told the host. “And you’ll look better!”
