Janice Dickinson underwent another facelift and fans were stunned by her new look, which reminded them of her features before she underwent multiple plastic surgeries.
The 71-year-old supermodel recently underwent “extensive facial rejuvenation” with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee. Three months after Dickinson was stabbed, Dr Lee shared before and after photos on Instagram.
“She underwent an endoscopic eyebrow and midface lift, deep plane facelift, dual plane neck lift, subnasal lip lift, extensive fat grafting, and full facial CO2 laser resurfacing,” Dr. Lee revealed. “She is thrilled with the results!”
He further added, “The post-surgery photos show her transitioning from no makeup to a completely glamorous figure.

Dixon gave the post a thumbs up, writing: “I love it so much.”
Her latest facelift reminded fans of her days as a model before undergoing multiple plastic surgeries.
Reactions to the post were mostly positive, with one commenting: “Janice looks better than ever 👍 Great job, Doctor.”

Dickinson hasn’t been shy about talking about her past plastic surgery. She first went under the knife at the age of 32 and was dating Sylvester Stallone at the time, she revealed during an appearance on Caitlyn Bristowe’s Off the Vine podcast in June 2024.
The supermodel said she had a “minor plastic surgery” after noticing that she was “starting to get a chin”.
She also shared on the podcast that she doesn’t regret any of her past beauty jobs, including a facelift, tummy tuck, collagen implants, and Botox.
Back in 2014, she appeared on E!’s “Botched” when she replaced her 30-year-old breast implants.
The former “America’s Next Top Model” judge underwent new plastic surgery after sustaining a severe facial injury while filming “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” in 2022. In the middle of the South African jungle.
She then filed a lawsuit against ITV Studios in the UK in September 2025, claiming she suffered permanent facial disfigurement and nerve damage, affecting her ability to speak, eat and drink.
Dickinson suffered “permanent traumatic scarring to multiple areas of her face, including her lips and area around her mouth, both cheeks, chin and lower face,” according to the complaint.
She is suing the British broadcaster for breach of duty of care and is seeking compensation of £700,000 (just under $1 million).
