Brooks Nader suffered a wardrobe malfunction in the ocean while participating in Miami Swim Week.
The Baywatch bombshell was photographed frolicking in the waves in a red off-the-shoulder minidress alongside Stassi Schroeder and Molly Sims at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Beach Club at W South Beach on Friday.
At one point, the straps of the dress appeared to come undone, causing the top to fall off as the actress rested on her friend’s shoulders in the water.
After the incident, she was snapped wading through water as she tried to pull her dress up to her chest.
In other photos, Nader wore sunglasses and beach-inspired open-toe heels for photos at a surfside event.
Brooks, 29, and sisters Mary Holland, 26, Grace Ann, 25, and Sarah Jane, 22, were also seen filming their reality series Love Thy Nader while out and about.
At one point, Brooks appeared to have taken a tumble, her sodden red dress covered in sand.
Brooks and her famous sisters join many other celebs attending the star-studded swimsuit event in the Sunshine State. Kristin Cavallari and Megan Thee Stallion have already been spotted on the runway in revealing swimsuits.
The reality star’s wardrobe malfunction isn’t the first time she’s encountered a fashion mishap. Earlier this month, she narrowly avoided another incident by wearing another red dress at the 2026 Fox Upfronts event.
“What a lot of people don’t know is that this dress fell apart in the car two minutes before I pulled up, so I’m sewn in and the zipper is not an issue,” the actress told People magazine about the skintight red dress.
In October, when she attended a Vogue party with Sarah Jane, her left breast popped out from a plunging white blouse.
And in August 2025, she teased another wardrobe malfunction during a yacht trip in Italy, adding two star emojis over her nipples as her plunging white dress slipped down to reveal her breasts.
Brooks was previously praised by fans for the way she handled a wardrobe malfunction at Wimbledon last July, but the model unexpectedly started her period and normalized it by showing off the stain on her white skirt on social media.
“Trying to be chic,” she wrote above a very candid TikTok video, adding, “It all started at Wimbledon 🩸.”
The clip showed Brooks modeling a white skirt with a polka-dot top, then turning to show off her red stain as stunned onlookers looked on. “Of course 🎾 #Wimbledon,” she captioned the clip.
“You really mean this,” one social media user said, while another added: “Thank you for normalizing what we’re going through.”
