Tribeca The award recognizes rappers’ achievements in music, fashion, film, design and brand storytelling.
Tribeca X will be held at Spring Studios on June 8th and 9th during the 25th Tribeca Festival. This year’s program is designed to showcase how brands and entertainment leaders are building new models of storytelling.
“Tribeca X was created to celebrate the creators who are reinventing modern storytelling,” said Tribeca Enterprises CEO Rebecca Glassshaw. “Today’s cultural landscape is defined by artists and entrepreneurs who push creative boundaries across mediums and industries. A$AP Rocky represents a genre-defying visionary, to whom the inaugural Tribeca X Filmmaker of the Year Award was created.
“Today, brands and creators are not only shaping culture, but also creating, financing and distributing premium entertainment. As storytelling continues to evolve across platforms and technologies, Tribeca X celebrates the artists and innovators who are building entirely new models for creative and commercial success,” continued Glashow.
Highlights of the 2026 lineup include Cedric the Entertainer, who talks about building a business, from executive producing Kings of BBQ to launching Setta Wines; Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and chef Claire Saffitz talk about Beckham’s international culinary brand Cloud23. David Droga and Finn Droga explore the evolution of creativity, from advertising storytelling to independent filmmaking. and Paige DeSorbo talk about creating her fashion-forward loungewear brand, Daphne.
Additionally, Tony Award and Emmy Award winning actress Judith Light will speak on the importance of advocacy. Dahl Mann, founder of Dahl Mann Studios, speaks with Wall Street Journal reporter Katie Dayton about how creator-driven production companies are redefining entertainment. Michelle Carre talks with Christopher Rosen about how he turned his YouTube channel into an in-house production company. “Chewed Up” hosts Michael Symon and Clinton Kelly discuss creative ownership with Business Insider’s Lucia Moses. Stagwell executive David Sable joins Antonio and Irene Lucio to explore how storytelling is evolving. Elizabeth Rutledge, CMO of American Express, will be speaking with Janine Poggi, Editor-in-Chief of Ad Age. Emmy Award-winning television host Zuri Hall will host the event, which will feature talks with NBA on Prime Video host Taylor Rooks and Brother Vellies and Fifteen Percent Pledge founder Aurora James.

The 2026 Tribeca Audio judges include Giancarlo Bizzaro (VP of Sales, Crooked Media), Carrie Brody (VP of Business Development, Higher Ground), and Stuart Sevier (President and Co-Founder, Independent Media Initiatives).
