Jennifer Lopez is serving up some nostalgic goodness!
The 56-year-old pop star wore the exact same jeans he wore in his 2001 “Ain’t It Funny” music video as he recreated his “Off Campus” scene with actress Mika Abdallah.
In the saucy clip, which Lopez posted on social media, she paired ultra-low lace-up denim with a white cropped turtleneck that made the most of her impressive abs.
“This is a new generation of party people…🎶,” she captioned the video, a nod to the lyrics of her 2011 collaboration with Pitbull, “On the Floor.”
One observant X user commented on the singer’s “INSANE” pants and shared an excerpt from her “Ain’t It Funny” music video.
Lopez confirmed the fans’ suspicions by replying, “It’s the same as that video 😀.”
As for Abdallah, she opted for her own throwback-inspired look, pairing a brown backless halter top with baggy jeans and a vintage belt.
The clip began with the 26-year-old Lopez standing outside Lopez’s dance studio reciting the line from Off Campus co-star Kobe Clark: “I don’t know her personally, but I’m pretty sure that’s J. Lo.”
Abdallah then went inside and found the Grammy nominee rehearsing with the staff.
Lopez turned around and shot back, “Oh my god. Wait! This is me! Now!” Abdallah’s character, Allie Haze, screams while wearing a replica of J. Lo’s iconic Versace jungle dress that won her a Grammy Award in 2000 in a hot scene from Prime Video’s new romantic drama series.
At the conclusion of Versace’s spring 2020 runway show in Milan, the songstress gave another lap around her plunging gown, exclaiming, “I love this show,” along with a clip of the aforementioned scene.
Meanwhile, Abdallah recently opened up about how much work it took to create the “unrealistic” garment, telling Betches UK that “five fittings” were involved.
