Angelina Pivarnick is pregnant!
Her positive test result was revealed on Thursday’s episode of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.”
“There’s no way that happened naturally,” the shocked reality star told fellow cast member Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola.
“Right now I don’t have a sperm donor,” she continued. “I never thought I’d be pregnant, but wow, I’m…pregnant. This could be amazing. This could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”
Giancola, 39, responded: “I have chills. I’m going to cry for you.”
Pivarnick went on to call her partner, referred to on the show as “John Dooner,” and exclaim, “So, I have news. I’m officially, definitely pregnant. We’re having a baby!”
She tweeted the news after the episode aired.
“Everyone’s secret out!!! I’m pregnant :),” the 39-year-old wrote via X, adding, “Thank you @SammiSweetheart for being there for me when I found out. #jsfamilyvacation.”
Pivarnick opened up about her struggles with pregnancy during the Season 9 revival of Jersey Shore, which premiered last week.
The Couples Therapy alum, who suffered a miscarriage in 2011, told Giancola Polizzi and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi that she had “a vial of sperm” in her refrigerator.
Pivarnick said she had been in relationships with “multiple” men and was “choosing” them, but later clarified via her Instagram Stories that this was said “in jest.”
Her castmate Vinny Guadagnino quipped on “X” Thursday that Pivarnick’s baby “isn’t my baby.”
In particular, Pivarnick asked Guadagnino, 38, for his sperm in a 2023 episode, joking that he should “just give it to[her]by jerking it off in a weird cup.”
At the time this scene was filmed, Pivarnick was dating Vinny Tortorella, and they got engaged in November 2022.
The former couple declared divorce in January 2025, accusing each other of cheating.
Pivarnick was married to Chris Larangeira from 2019 to 2022, but has yet to debut a new relationship.
