“Storage Wars” will reportedly present former castmate Darrell Sheets with a memorial card during Saturday’s episode.
TMZ reports that Sheets, who appeared on the show from 2010 to 2023, will not be appearing in the current 17th season, but A&E will display the card when episode 10 airs at 9pm ET/PT.
Additionally, the network will air a marathon of past episodes featuring Sheets and his time on the series from seasons 1 through 15, leading up to new segments.
Representatives from A&E did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
Sheets was pronounced dead on Wednesday at the age of 67.
Lake Havasu police found an Arizona man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home.
In the years leading up to her death, Sheets spoke about depression in Instagram posts.
“Depression is the devil’s means of attacking us,” he wrote in 2018. “It’s relentless, it takes away our smiles, it comes and goes, it ruins our relationships, it robs us of our happiness.”
“In some cases it can lead to suicide and all positive thoughts are destroyed. It’s a 24/7 battle and there is no rest in the suffering,” the reality star continued.
“So next time someone tells you they have depression, be kind and know that they are struggling to breathe every minute!!!” she concluded with the hashtag “trustmeiknow.”
The sheets included smiling selfies and heartfelt posts.
Sheets also suffered a heart attack in 2019 after being unwell for several months.
At the time, he admitted on Instagram that while he initially “didn’t plan on saying anything,” he had “the best friends and fans.”
“I had a mild heart attack, but now it turns out I have congestive heart failure and serious problems with my lungs,” he wrote alongside a photo of himself in the hospital.
Mr. Sheets’ legal relationship at the time of his death was unclear, but he is survived by his longtime partner, Kimber Warfel, and their children, Brandon and Tiffany.
