Britney Spears has had a rare reunion with her 20-year-old son Sean Preston after being arrested for drunk driving.
The pair vacationed on a yacht over the weekend and were joined by their other son Jayden James, 19.
According to several posts shared on the pop star’s Instagram on Sunday, Sean looked all grown up as he posed with his arm draped over his mother’s shoulders.
In one photo, the two were seen leaning into each other and smiling for the camera.
Meanwhile, in another clip, Spears danced on screen before being joined by her two sons, who towered over her, posing for more photos.
For the outing, the “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer paired it with a pink crop top and white shorts. Underneath, she wore a neon green and white bikini.
The brothers were wearing white T-shirts, shorts and white sneakers.
Spears returned to social media over the weekend, weeks after being arrested for drunk driving.
On March 4, she was taken into custody in Ventura, California, after authorities saw her weaving in and out of lanes. An unknown substance was also allegedly found in her car during her arrest, and she is believed to have been under the influence of a cocktail of alcohol and drugs.
She was released the next morning, according to Ventura County Sheriff’s Office arrest records.
A spokesperson for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office told the California Post, “The DUI case against Britney Spears has been submitted to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office and is being reviewed by prosecutors.”
The statement continued: “Part of that review may include seeking additional information and evidence. A filing decision will be made prior to the scheduled court date of May 4, 2026.”
After her arrest, sources close to the “Toxic” singer told Page Six that her and ex-husband Kevin Federline’s two sons have offered their support.
Jaden has been spotted at his home multiple times and has broken his social media silence to share several videos of himself inside the mansion.
“Her sons are with her now. They love her and want to support her and just want her to feel better,” the source explained.
A source also said Spears was “devastated” by the arrest and that the encounter “scared her soul.”
“Britney knows she will have to face the consequences, no matter what,” the source said, noting that her closest aides “hopefully this will be rehab and not prison.”
Spears’ manager, Cade Hudson, called her arrest “inexcusable” in a statement to Page Six.
“This was a completely unacceptable and unfortunate incident. Britney intends to take the right steps and abide by the law. We hope this is the first step in the long-awaited changes that should occur in Britney’s life,” the statement read.
“I hope she gets the help and support she needs during this difficult time. Her sons will spend time with her. Her loved ones will come up with the necessary plans that were overdue to help her succeed and be happy,” he concluded.
