Katy Perry has shared rare glimpses of herself during her career hiatus, including a glimpse of her bond with boyfriend Justin Trudeau and daughter Daisy Dove.
The “Firework” singer was seen in a flirtatious selfie with Trudeau on an Instagram carousel shared on Wednesday.
In the photo, the couple playfully smiled and looked down at their attention. Another photo showed Canada’s former prime minister sitting at a table and peering into a star wand made from glittery pipe cleaners.
She also included a Hello Kitty meme that read, “Patiently waiting for your friend to finish an important task so you can call him.”
The beloved cartoon character was seen lounging in bed in a meme that referenced her romance with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Perry also shared a glimpse of her daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, spending time away from performing.
One snapshot showed Perry and her daughter resting their hands on top of friend Lauren Sanchez Bezos’ children’s book, The Fly Beneath the Sea, as they prepared to dive into a bedtime story.
Five-year-old Daisy was also spotted walking in the snow wearing a fuzzy, giraffe-print winter jacket with a hood.
Yet another photo showed a drawing of an old woman, apparently made by a child, with the caption: “When I’m 100, I’ll be very old. I’ll probably…watch TV in bed and drink soup!”
Other snaps included one of Perry sitting in a dentist’s chair and one of her behind the wheel of a car while wearing a sheet mask.
“You are the treasure you are looking for,” Perry, 41, captioned the upload.
Fans in the comment thread couldn’t help but comment on the “Dark Horse” singer’s romance with Prime Minister Trudeau.
One person commented, “Love how she casually dates Prime Minister Trudeau,” while another wrote, “I’ve never seen you so happy with someone, oh man you guys are so cute together.”
A third person jokingly said, “It’s also my dream to be 100 years old and drink soup while watching TV in bed.”
These photos were released while the “American Idol” alum was taking a break from performing after her “Lifetimes” tour, which ended in December.
She will return to the stage in June at the Au Son do Caminho music festival in Santiago de Compostela.
Perry and ex Orlando Bloom, 49, welcomed Daisy in 2020 and separated in June after dating for about 10 years, while Trudeau, 54, separated from his wife of 18 years, Sophie Trudeau, in 2023, with whom he has three children.
The “I Kissed a Girl” songstress and politician first sparked romance rumors in July 2025, when they were spotted on a quiet dinner date and a walk in Mount Royal Park in Montreal.
Prime Minister Trudeau was also seen enjoying Perry’s sold-out “Life Times” show in Canada that same month.
Photos of the couple getting heated and heavy on the singer’s yacht, taken by a tourist on a passing boat in September, surfaced the following month, cementing their relationship.
“He’s crazy about her and thinks she’s the perfect woman,” a source told Page Six in October. “They relate to everything: politics, kids, French food.”
