Cindy Crawford’s morning ritual is not for the faint of heart.
The 60-year-old supermodel wowed her followers by revealing her two-and-a-half-hour routine, which involves waking up at 6am, putting on a Bible app, and dry brushing within the first five minutes of getting out of bed.
Crawford, who gained popularity in the 1980s and 1990s for her modeling and acting career as well as her workout videos, applies gua sha to her face along with a cleanser that is said to increase facial circulation.
At 6:45 a.m., she puts on a Capillas red-light hat and sits on a Behmer mat to aid muscle recovery. She also uses a red light device on her face.
She drinks a glass of apple cider vinegar at 7 a.m., then walks in the grass “for grounding” to go to the Jacuzzi.
Afterwards, she puts on her workout clothes and makes coffee with collagen. Crawford then checks her email before heading to the gym for a workout that includes jumping on the trampoline, stretching, hanging and Pilates.
Several social media users were quick to comment on the video, with some saying they loved the routine while others suggested it suggested wealth.
“But I just don’t understand why they have to wake up at 6am when there’s nothing to do,” said one.
