Zendaya’s mother has given a cryptic response to Law Roach’s bombshell that her daughter’s wedding to Tom Holland has “already happened”.
Claire Stormer reposted Stylist’s viral red carpet interview at Access Hollywood at Sunday’s SAG Actors Awards 2026 via Instagram Story on Monday (per People).
“LOL,” she wrote of Mr Roach’s high-pitched laugh, potentially suggesting the 47-year-old was joking about his alleged marriage.
Representatives for Zendaya, Holland, and Roach have not yet responded to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Roach was asked about the pair, as Zendaya has been spotted wearing a gold wedding ring in recent weeks.
Notably, the actress has been engaged to Holland, 29, since 2024, and the “Spider-Man” co-stars are notorious for keeping their love lives private.
“The wedding has already happened. You missed it,” Roach told the outlet, insisting that her claims were “very true.”
Zendaya, 29, and Holland have been an item since 2017.
Stormer previously addressed rumors of their relationship in 2022, seemingly denying engagement rumors.
At the time, speculation swirled that the actor had popped the question, but Stormer shared her definition of “clickbait” on her Instagram Story.
“Clickbait typically refers to the act of writing sensational or misleading headlines to attract clicks to your content,” the upload said. “They often exaggerate claims or omit important information in order to drive traffic. The term is generally used in a negative sense.”
That same year, Zendaya set the record straight by denying pregnancy rumors.
“See, this is why I’m staying off Twitter,” the former Disney Channel star wrote in July 2022. “I’m just making this up for no reason…every week. I’m just going back to filming Challengers.”
The “Shake It Up” alum explained to Elle in a cover story the following year how she was “getting over” her public romance.
In 2023, she told the magazine: “You decide what to share. It’s about keeping the peace. And owning things, but not being afraid to be. You can’t hide. That’s not fun either.”
Holland similarly opened up to Men’s Health about not walking many red carpets with his partner so as not to overshadow his partner’s success.
“This is not my moment, it’s her moment. If we go together, it’s about us,” he revealed in a January 2025 interview.
