She’s not the only one putting her nails on the look this week.
“Dancing with the Stars” alum Alix Earle showed off the same coat on Monday, styling it as a minidress on TikTok with the caption “Tiger King is here.” The 25-year-old social media star wore dark sunglasses, tights, and a Gucci Borsette medium Boston bag ($3,100).

Before hitting the streets or the slopes, this coat appeared on screens. The coat first appeared on model Alex Consani in Gucci’s short film The Tiger, directed by Spike Jonze and Halina Reign, which premiered during Milan Fashion Week in September. Consani wore the piece in the film as a micro minidress belted with a thin gold chain.
At the Milan premiere, which drew a star-studded crowd that included Gwyneth Paltrow and Serena Williams, Consani recreated her on-screen look and accessorized with chunky gold logo earrings, black heels, oversized sunglasses and a Gucci-branded handbag.

He is also active in the literary world. Bestselling author Danielle Steel wore the coat at Gucci’s headquarters and shared a glowing review on Instagram. Steele called it a “killer piece” and noted intarsia’s “incredibly complex process” of sewing together each small section of fur to create the tiger effect.
“It was a thrill to try it on and see what their collection had in store,” Steele wrote. “Their new designer Demna (ex-Balenciaga) is proud of them!!!”
