Kim Kardashian has revealed that she was afraid of a physical altercation with Kris Jenner during her upcoming movie Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
On the premiere of the 18th season of the iconic reality show, Kim and her sister Kourtney Kardashian engaged in what Khloé Kardashian described as a “slap fight” that culminated in Kim punching her sister as cameras rolled, resulting in production being paused.
“My mom was like, ‘This will never see the light of day,'” the Skims founder, 45, revealed on a recent episode of the Chloe in Wonderland podcast.
“She was freaking out, and I said, ‘You’re not participating, so it’s going to work out,'” she recalled.
Khloe said Kris, 70, said, “Sisters don’t hit each other,” but Kim interjected, saying she didn’t agree with this. “Yes, that’s right,” she said.
Kim also recalled the sisters’ famous argument over their marriage in Italy, when Kim married ex-husband Kanye West in 2014 and Kourtney married Travis Barker in 2022.
“You inspired my wedding king and my wedding performer,” Kim fumed during Season 3’s “Kardashian Family” confessional, referencing opera great Andrea Bocelli.
“Andrea Bocelli is my favorite male singer of all time, but am I copying her dolce vida lifestyle? I get it,” she added.
“Kourtney, I said, ‘We got married in Italy,’ and she got married in Italy,” Kim recalled on “Chloe in Wonderland.”
“When I told her all that, she said, ‘You sound like a madman. You have to get rid of this. You sound like a madman.’ I said, ‘Perfect.’ Please wear it. It’s done. ‘She said, ‘No, no, I’m telling you, sister to sister, you’re crazy.’ And I thought, “Good.” I love it. ”
Kim went on to say that she has the ability to “step back and look at dramas from the producer’s eyes.”
Khloé said she wasn’t sure she wanted to know what was left out of living their lives for the world to see, first on KUWTK and then on the Hulu series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
“Think about 15 years of literally photographing every day of your life, and it’s just there,” the Khloud founder joked. “I don’t even want to know what’s going on in the editorial department.”
Before the slap episode aired, Kim joked that she might need legal representation in her feud with the Poosh founder.
“I might need a lawyer once the first episode comes out,” the SKIM creator, 39, joked during a 2020 interview on the podcast “All’s Fair With Laura Wasser.”
