Who is Jarrah Mariano?
Mariano was born in 1984 on the Hawaiian island of Kauai. She then moved to California as a teenager and then to New York City before attending Pace University, where she earned a degree in speech communications with a concentration in media studies. She pursued a career as a model and debuted in 2008 as the star of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue. He has also appeared in campaigns for Abercrombie & Fitch, MAC, Armani Exchange, and Victoria’s Secret.
She appeared in music videos such as Jay-Z’s “Show Me What You Got” and had acting roles in “Chuck,” “Rescue Me,” “Minoity Report” and “The Audition.”
Mariano has talked a lot about his heritage, especially his pride in being from Hawaii. In conjunction with Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in May 2021, Mariano shared on Facebook that she is Korean and has Native Hawaiian ancestry. In November 2021, she launched the HINA + K ō fragrance in collaboration with the Makarapua Foundation, an organization that provides education and assistance in Hawaii.

How long have she and Ventimiglia been together?
In 2022, Instagram gossip account DeuxMoi posted a photo of Ventimiglia and Mariano together in response to a question about who the Gilmore Girls actor was dating. In October 2023, a photo shared by TMZ showed Ventimiglia wearing a wedding ring. That same month, Us Weekly confirmed that the two married earlier that year.
In September 2024, Mariano shared a photo from his wedding on Instagram, revealing that they got married “last year.”
In the photo, the two are hugging each other, wearing white clothes and leis.
“Last year I married my best friend,” she wrote in the caption. “There aren’t enough words to describe all the special qualities that make him the person he is today. All I can say is that I’m grateful for the life we’ve had together and the happiness we’ve created 🤍 Aloha wow iā ‘oe, my husband Milo.”
In February 2024, Ventimiglia said in an interview with Extra that their marriage was “going well.”
“We’ve all had relationships that come and go, but at some point you meet the right person for you and someone who inspires you in a way that no one else does,” he said. “I’m grateful to her and I’m happy that we got to this moment. That’s why our marriage is great.”
Do Mariano and Ventimiglia have children?
The couple announced that they are expecting their first child in September 2024. Mariano shared a photo of herself sitting on a surfboard in a bikini in Hawaii while looking visibly pregnant.
“There’s a baby on board!” she wrote in the caption. In the second photo, Ventimiglia appears to be raising his surfing hands.
At the end of January 2025, the couple announced that they welcomed their first child, Keala Coral Ventimiglia, on January 23rd. In an Instagram post, Mariano shared a photo of the infant’s feet and their dog’s paws in the couple’s hands.
In the post, she revealed that her home with Ventimiglia burned down just before she gave birth. “My family and I evacuated from the Palisades fire on January 7th. We lost our home and everything we owned, including the house we were moving into that was under construction. I was 38 weeks pregnant and had evacuated during the Franklin fire just a few weeks earlier. I consider what I was able to do a gift.” Essentially, it’s about practicing in preparation for what will inevitably happen. ”

On July 8, 2025, Mariano celebrated Ventimiglia’s 48th birthday by posting a new photo of him holding his daughter Keira. In an Instagram Story, Ventimiglia was seen holding her 5-month-old baby in her arms. “Happy Birthday Milo, husband and dad,” she wrote in the caption.
In January 2026, Mariano celebrated her daughter’s birthday by posting a photo of herself in a bikini on Instagram, revealing that the couple were expecting their second child.
