Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s new action movie The Rip has been viewed 41.6 million times in its first three days on Netflix. This was the streamer’s biggest movie opening since “Happy Gilmore 2,” which had 46.7 million views in July. The film was the most-watched title on Netflix for the week of January 12th to 19th.

On the TV charts, “His & Hers” remained at number one with 29.5 million views, a huge jump from last week’s debut of 19.9 million, and already enough to claim the top spot. “The Seven Dials of Agatha Christie” debuted in second place with 9.9 million views, followed by “Run Away” with 6.1 million views in its third week.

For eight consecutive weeks, all seasons of “Stranger Things” were on the chart. Season 5 came in 4th place with 5.1 million views, followed by Season 4 in 5th place with 3.1 million views, Season 3 in 6th place with 3 million views, Season 1 in 7th place with 2.8 million views, and Season 2 in 9th place with 2.8 million views.

“Emily in Paris” Season 5 was the eighth most-watched English TV title of the week with 2.7 million views, followed by Marcello Hernandez’s stand-up special “American Boy” in last place with 2.5 million views.

Check out the Netflix Top 10 from January 12th to 18th below. It starts with English shows and movies, followed by non-English shows and movies.
