rundown
Kylie Jenner was joined by boyfriend Timothée Chalamet inside the Golden Globe Awards tonight. The couple has been spending time together over the holidays and attended the Critics’ Choice Awards this past weekend. Jenner and Chalamet also had a date night at last year’s Golden Globes.
Timothée Chalamet, nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy at tonight’s Golden Globe Awards, got ready (and dressed up) for his big night. While he posed solo on the red carpet, girlfriend Kylie Jenner also joined inside the venue for the event. The couple was photographed kissing at multiple points, including during the broadcast.
Otherwise, they remained close throughout the show:
Jenner is very supportive of Chalamet. A source told People magazine on Dec. 31 that she “loves” his work ethic and “would never date someone who just sits there.” (No surprise for a billionaire!) The source added that after about three years of dating, she and Chalamet are “grateful for what they have.”
The two recently spent time together on vacation, but reunited after Chalamet spent several months overseas filming Dune: Part 3.
A source explained: “They’ve been spending a lot of time apart, but they’ve made up for it in recent weeks. Still, it’s not an easy relationship. They’re both incredibly focused on their careers and ambitious. She’s running a big business and raising their kids, and he’s very focused on being the best at what he does.”
Still, they are fully committed to their romance, and a source said: “They are having successful careers and a successful relationship at the same time.”
Chalamet won the Best Actor award at last weekend’s Critics Choice Awards, and in his acceptance speech he gave a shoutout to Jenner and emphasized her importance to him. “And finally, I would like to express my gratitude to my partner of three years,” he said. “Thank you to our foundation. We love you. We couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
