Melania Trump ushered in the New Year with husband Donald at a glamorous Mar-a-Lago party on Wednesday night wearing a $1,450 silver sequin dress by The New Arrivals.
In addition to a shimmering metallic maxi length cinched at the waist with a matching belt, the first lady opted for sparkling Christian Louboutin heels.
At a soiree in New York, she wore her highlighted hair parted in the center and styled in soft, flowing waves. There, President Trump, wearing a tuxedo, was asked by reporters about his resolution for 2026, and appealed for “peace on earth.”
Also in attendance at the Trumps’ party was Brett Ratner, director of the first lady’s documentary Melania, which will be released by Amazon MGM Studios.
Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, District of Columbia Attorney Jeanine Pirro, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were also invited.
Trump’s children, Donald Jr., Barron and Eric, also attended, and Trump’s wife, Lara, wore a rose gold sequined dress coordinating with Melania Trump.
Mar-a-Lago’s New Year’s Eve party is a long-standing family tradition that goes back decades.
In the past, before President Trump took the White House, the shindig has hosted star-studded guests including Sylvester Stallone, Tiger Woods, Martha Stewart and Serena Williams.
For last year’s event, held just weeks before Trump’s second inauguration, Melania chose a classic black Versace dress with the house’s signature gold Medusa hardware on the shoulders.
