Brooks Nader is bracing himself for the winter chill.
Last weekend, as temperatures dropped to 19 degrees in Aspen, Colorado, Nader chose to go topless, simply draping a wide Chloe leather belt ($1,260) over her chest.
Even the most beautiful belts are usually worn as accessories and not as full-fledged clothing, but the designer price is still much higher than the warmest winter tops.
The reality TV star paired her double-buckle belt with a high-waisted black skirt and a cropped black fur jacket. She added a pop of color to her winter outfit with a bright red leather clutch.
But the belt didn’t start the night as the top spot. Earlier in the day, Nader shared several photos of herself with the same Chloe belt cinched tightly around her waist.
A wide leather belt contoured around her slim hips in a skintight black turtleneck bodysuit and skintight black low-rise skirt.
She captioned the above image, “Hosting fit.”
Originally held in town to celebrate Lauren Sanchez’s 56th birthday with friends, the festivities lasted from Christmas until almost New Year’s.
Despite less snow than usual, celebrities have completely taken over the famous ski resort town this holiday season, stepping out in winter attire decked out in all sorts of ways.
Lately, Sanchez and Nadel have both opted for a mix of all-black or all-white winter outfits. It is often accented with fur and is often very close to the skin. They are not made to be worn while actually walking on the slopes.
But this belt-as-a-top look is the most skin the group has seen showing in near-arctic temperatures.
Nader’s bold – and perhaps dangerous, given the weather – look gives the cozy après-ski trend a whole new vibe.
