Pete Davidson’s girlfriend Elsie Hewitt generously shared the realities of post-baby life.
The new mother took to Instagram on Friday to share a mirror selfie with her black T-shirt pulled up to reveal an adult diaper.
“Adult diapers day and night,” she wrote above the candid snap. “My sister asked if I would pee in it. And if you were wondering, the answer is no.”
She also directed the viewer to objects in the background by drawing an arrow and writing “Ice Pack Pad.”
Hewitt, 29, and the “Saturday Night Live” alum, 32, welcomed their first child together, daughter Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, on Dec. 12.
“This is the best thing I’ve ever done. So full of love, gratitude and disbelief,” Hewitt wrote in an Instagram statement earlier this month, calling the toddler “our perfect angel girl.”
A few days later, the model revealed that she had undergone an unexpected side surgery while in the hospital.
“Does anyone else have to have their wisdom teeth removed straight from the hospital the day after giving birth?” she asked on her Instagram Story on Dec. 18, alongside a photo of her swollen and bandaged face.
Before giving birth to Scottie, Hewitt revealed that she suffered from debilitating pain during her pregnancy.
The model explained on her Instagram Stories in November that she was in “absolute agony” while waiting for the birth of her first child, adding that she was in pain “almost 24/7” due to what she believed to be Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS).
“At this point, if I can think of anything I can do about the pain, I try it,” she said. “I’ve tried everything, but my symptoms keep getting worse and I can’t even walk.”
“I’m just in so much pain and in so much pain every day. I really don’t know how it could get any worse, actually,” Hewitt continued, saying she was looking for answers and “a little bit of hope” amidst the pain.
The influencer revealed her pregnancy with the “King of Staten Island” star in July.
“Everyone knows we had sex,” Hewitt captioned the photos, which also included footage of an ultrasound and a photo of the two lovingly cradling her stomach with their hands.
The “Bap Kiss” actor spoke about his impending fatherhood on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in July.
“We did it!” Davidson told Fallon. “No, if anyone knows me, it’s my dream to be a father, so I’m very excited,” he added. “Elsie is so excited. We’re so excited because we can’t wait to see her become a mother.”
