Following last week’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, the Chiefs will not make the playoffs this NFL season. But that doesn’t mean we Swifties are in the holiday spirit any less.
Fans of the “Ophelia” singer were blessed with Swift’s appearance on Christmas Day, when she was spotted cheering on the Chiefs vs. the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
A video of the singer at the stadium reveals that she wore her signature Chiefs red, including The Frankie Shop’s Zion Bomber Jacket ($388) paired with a black skirt and tights.
She also wore her signature red lip and accessorized with a Louis Vuitton Express PM bag (retail price $4,200).
Swift is usually a lucky charm for her fiancé, NFL tight end Travis Kelce, but this season hasn’t been so good for the two-time Super Bowl champion.
Earlier this month, she was in the stands wearing a colorful Ulla Johnson coat to watch the Chiefs lose to the Houston Texans. Today’s game against the Denver Broncos is a fun Christmas event for the Swift and Kelce families, but even a loss won’t put the Chiefs back in the playoff picture.
Perhaps that will allow Taylor and Travis to spend more time planning their wedding?
Swift and Kelsey got engaged last August in Kansas City, and the football pro popped the question with an exquisite old mine brilliant-cut sparkler set on an engraved gold band designed by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine, Page Six Style first confirmed.
The two began dating in the summer of 2023. Swift played her first Chiefs game in September of that year, in the middle of her epic 149-date Elas Tour.
Taylor hugged Travis on the field as the Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl in 2024.
Since then, Swift has become close friends with several WAGs, including Brittany Mahomes and Travis’ brother Jason Kelce and his family.
So even if they don’t look forward to the Super Bowl again, Taylor and Travis will have their hands full with plenty of pre-wedding celebrations next year.
