Jennie Garth says she’s “so grateful” after heading out for an intense morning workout with her lookalike daughter Luca Bella.
“Today I decided to take a morning walk and workout with my daughter @lucabellabella 💗,” the Beverly Hills 90210 alum, 53, wrote in the caption of a Dec. 23 Instagram video. “I’m really happy to have my family during this time. They always motivate me to take care of myself. I’m so grateful 🤗”
In the video, Garth was seen walking alongside Luca, 28, the eldest of her three children with ex-husband Peter Facinelli. While Luca held the camera, Garth played Rocky Balboa by running up a steep flight of stairs wearing a sweatshirt emblazoned with “I Choose Me,” the name of his podcast and his upcoming memoir, which will be published in April.
Garth previously revealed that menopause can make working out difficult. “To be honest, I’ve been having a hard time working out lately. Travel, work schedules, body aches, not to mention menopause are a daily minefield, both physically and mentally.”
She said, “I know it always makes me feel better, but lately I feel like my body is fighting against me sometimes.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis. This occurs when “the protective cartilage that cushions the ends of bones wears down over time. It can cause symptoms such as pain, stiffness, and swelling that limit movement.”
