Ryan Seacrest’s impressive arm contours are turning heads.
The “American Idol” host posted a video on Instagram of himself doing seated bicep curls, showing off his bulging biceps. Wearing a navy blue T-shirt and gym shorts, the 50-year-old pumped the iron and breathed hard as his trainer counted out 10 reps.
“The trick is to wear a T-shirt two sizes smaller,” he joked in the caption.
Some fans were shocked by his toned body.
“Brother is torn to shreds!” one commenter wrote.
One user joked: “It’s 2025. Kelly Clarkson is still the nation’s sweetheart, but Seacrest has been jacked. Love this for the world.”
Other comments included, “Guns blazing🔥” and “It’s okay, you’ve been jacked💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻.”
Seacrest’s famous friends also offered words of encouragement.
“Queer Eye” alum Karamo Brown wrote, “Understand Ryan!”

The “Wheel of Fortune” host isn’t shy about showing off his workouts on social media, and earlier this year some fans worried he was losing too much weight.
“Ryan, I adore you. But… you’re big, but… you’re too skinny,” a fan commented on an Instagram post in June.
Another observer wrote: “Being too thin can make a person look old.”
In an interview with his sister Meredith on Entertainment Tonight, the television personality said he was “exercising too much, eating better and training too much” ahead of his 50th birthday last December.
“I’m doing everything I can to feel like I’m not 50,” he said, adding, “I also do a lot of muscle recovery, cold plunges, and steam training.”
“Anything I can do to feel like 29 again,” he joked.
