“One Piece” Season 3 is officially in production for Netflix in Cape Town, South Africa.

As previously announced, the streamer has renewed the live-action version of the popular manga and anime series for Season 3 ahead of the Season 2 premiere scheduled for March 10, 2026.

In addition, season two cast members Michaela Huber (Chopper), Joe Manganiello (Mr. 0), Lela Aboba (Miss All Sunday), and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Nefartari Cobra) have all been promoted to regulars for season three.

In addition to Charithra Chandran, who plays Miss Wednesday, the cast also includes returning cast members Iñaki Godoy, Kensuke Maca, Emily Ladd, Jacob Romero, and Taz Schuyler, as well as the aforementioned new cast members. It was also recently announced that Cole Escola will be joining Season 3 as Bon Clay, and Xolo Maridueña will play Portgas D. Ace.

The official title of Season 2 is “One Piece: To the Grand Line.” The official logline for the season reads:

“Netflix’s epic high seas pirate adventure One Piece returns with Season 2, unleashing even fiercer foes and the most dangerous quest yet. Set sail for the Rhine. As they travel through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasures, they will encounter strange islands and many terrifying new adventures. ”

Matt Owns and Joe Trucks will serve as showrunners, writers, and executive producers for Season 2. Trucks and Ian Stokes will reprise their roles in Season 3. Other executive producers include “One Piece” creator Eiichiro Oda, Tomorrow Studios’ Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christophe Schull and Stephen Maeda. The show is produced in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios (ITV Studios partner) and Netflix.
